Simone has been practicing for many years and has accumulated a lot of experience working with brain and spinal cord injury patients. Her practice focus is very clinical, meaning she loves rehabilitating people back to health. She will take her time to assess her patients and present them with a treatment plan that is meaningful for them and in alignment with their health goals. She is passionate about acupuncture as treatment modality of hers, as it provides greater and long term relief of pain and improvement of function aligned with the patient needs.
Some conditions Simone has success treating are: acute and chronic pain management, postural imbalances, neurological dysfunctions (MS, GBS, whiplashes, brain injuries), orthopaedic conditions (such as frozen shoulder, back injuries, TMJ, strains, sprains and tendonitis), etc.
Another passion of hers is perinatal care, where she can help pregnant and or postpartum women with the changes the body goes through during pregnancy and childbirth.
HOBBIES
Simone is a recreational runner. She loves the outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking and biking.
